Shipping Information

The following terms apply to all orders placed on Zone-GP.

Delivery Locations

  • Shipping is available within the United States

  • International shipping is available to select countries, subject to availability at checkout

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted or remote locations. If delivery is unavailable to your address, this will be indicated during checkout.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted logistics partners, including:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

The carrier is selected based on order size, weight, destination, and service availability.

Shipping Costs (Including Applicable Taxes)

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):
    Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

  • International Shipping:
    Shipping rates vary by destination and will be shown at checkout prior to order completion.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delivery Timeframes

Unless otherwise specified on the product page:

  • United States:
    Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 days

  • International Orders:
    Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 days, depending on destination and customs processing

Additional notes:

  • Deliveries are not made on weekends or U.S. federal holidays

  • If an order includes multiple items with different processing or delivery times, items may ship together or separately at our discretion. The longest stated delivery time may apply

Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order value required to place an order on Zone-GP.

Payment Methods

All payments on Zone-GP are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.

Zone-GP does not store or have access to your full payment details.
