Products are obtained through established commercial supply channels. You can read how in more detail on our Our Sourcing page.
Every product page states what the product is and what condition it is in, so you know what you are buying before you order.
We do not use verification badges, certificates or authorization logos. Zone-GP is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc.

Where applicable, products are identified with standard identifiers, so you can match what you receive to what you ordered.
Part numbers
Identify replacement parts and components.
SKUs
Zone-GP's internal reference for each listing.
UPC / EAN
Barcode identifiers, and other product identifiers, where applicable.

Inspection
Products are checked before they are listed or shipped.

Identify
The product is matched to its identifiers, such as model number, part number and SKU.

Check condition
The condition is confirmed and recorded as new, open box, refurbished, or a part or component.

Check contents
What is in the package is checked against what the listing says is included.
Condition classification
Condition Classification
Every product is labelled with one of these conditions. A refurbished product is never presented as new.
New
A product that has not been previously used, sold as new.
Open Box
A product that may have been opened but not used. Its condition and contents are described on the product page.
Renewed / Refurbished
A previously used product that has been refurbished. Always labelled as refurbished.
Replacement Part
An individual part of a larger product, such as a single AirPod or a charging case, sold on its own.
Component
A supporting item such as a cable or adapter, sold on its own rather than as the main product.
Bulk Packaging
Products supplied in multi-unit or non-retail packaging, for example for business orders. Packaging may differ from retail boxes.

Applicable purchasing and product documentation is maintained for the inventory we sell.
Purchasing records
Records of the purchases that supply our inventory.
Product records
Internal records tied to each SKU, including its condition.
