Where applicable, products are identified using standard identifiers so you can match what you receive to what you ordered.
Part numbers
Used to identify replacement parts and components.
SKUs
Zone-GP's internal reference for each listing.
UPC / EAN
Barcode identifiers, where applicable.
Verification
Inventory Verification
Inventory is checked using applicable product identifiers and internal processes before it is listed.

Inventory is matched against applicable identifiers such as model number, part number and SKU.

Each item is classified by condition: new, refurbished or replacement part.

Products are listed with their condition and what is included stated on the product page.
Records
Documentation & Traceability
Purchasing records back the inventory we sell. Confidential supplier information is not published.
Commercial documentation
Applicable purchasing and supplier documentation is maintained for inventory.
Product traceability
Inventory can be tracked through internal SKU and purchasing records, where applicable.
